RBH Hospitality Expands Presence in Northern Ireland with Signing of House Belfast

September 3, 2025 by CUSTARD

RBH Hospitality Management has been appointed by Ducales Group to operate its hospitality venue, House Belfast.

House Belfast offers 31 boutique hotel rooms and becomes the third Belfast-based property to be operated by RBH under Ducales’ ownership alongside Ramada by Wyndham Belfast City Centre and The Foundry. Located in the University Quarter of the city, the property has four bars, a restaurant as well as event rooms available for private hire.

House Belfast marks RBH’s 7th new signing of 2025, as they continue to grow and diversify their portfolio across a mix of branded, independent, boutique and luxury hotels in their 25th year of hotel management.

On the signing, David Hart, CEO of RBH Hospitality Management said: “House Belfast is a fantastic addition to our portfolio, and we’re delighted to be expanding our strong relationship with Ducales. 2025 has been a momentous year for RBH as we celebrate our 25th year of hotel management and this signing reinforces our continued commitment to operating a diverse mix of properties and being the operator of choice in the market.”

Peter Jennings of Ducales Group said: “We’re delighted to be working with RBH once again. Our partnership and investment in House Belfast will re-establish the venue as a leading part of the Belfast night life scene”.
