‘An audience with Tom Kerridge’ hosted by Mark Lewis, publisher of The Caterer, at PUB15

January 15, 2015 by Petra Clayton

Tom Kerridge, acclaimed chef and owner of two-Michelin-starred pub Hand & Flowers, along with newly-launched The Coach, is to headline on the opening day of PUB15 in ‘An Audience with Tom Kerridge’, hosted by Mark Lewis, publisher of The Caterer and trustee of Hospitality Action. Taking place at Olympia on 18th and 19th February 2015, PUB15 is a new, free-to-attend trade show dedicated to the UK pub industry, aiming to provide the modern day publican and pub entrepreneur with access to the leading lights within the sector, key exhibitors, trend setters and industry peers.

The hottest name within the pub sector, Tom has reinvigorated the UK’s pub food offering, delighting plaudits and punters with his comforting and classic dishes that have taken casual dining to new heights. Famed for his hog roast, triple fried chips and salt cod Scotch egg, Tom produces gutsy dishes steeped in nostalgia and familiarity, bringing old fashioned quality to the modern pub era.

See Tom interviewed at the business theatre on Wednesday 18 February at 1.30pm and hear more about his passion for perfect pub food, how he cooked up his pub success and his nuggets of insight relevant to today’s publican and pub chef.

Find out more about Tom’s gusto for gastro and what the future holds for this big personality of the UK pub scene. Register for PUB15 and reserve your place at ‘An Audience with Tom Kerridge’ at www.thepubshow.co.uk. Spaces limited.
