With more than 25 years of experience in strategic hospitality marketing, Petra launched Custard in 2007 to deliver creative, strategic and measurable solutions to the hospitality sector. The past chair of the Hotel Marketing Association, Trustee and board member of the Victory Services Club and supporter of the Hoteliers’ Charter, Petra has her finger on the pulse of the industry’s challenges and commercial pressures, as well as innovative marketing strategies and the emergence of the new generation of both business and leisure consumers. Her experience in training hotel leaders of tomorrow through the Master Innholders Aspiring Leaders Diploma echoes her own commitment to developing young talent within her company and watching them flourish to become examples of excellence in hospitality marketing.
