Custard Shortlisted for Just.Marketing Award

January 12, 2021 by Georgia Ward

We are thrilled to have been shortlisted in the ‘Best performance during COVID-19’ category of the inaugural Just.Marketing Awards 2020.

Established by The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA), the world’s largest professional PR body, the Just.Marketing Awards reflect and champion those delivering outstanding marketing campaigns and strategies.

Commenting on the award shortlist, our head of marketing, Georgia Ward, said: “Although 2020 was an exceptionally challenging year for all businesses within the marketing and hospitality industries, it saw brands push marketing and communication to the forefront of their businesses more than ever before.

“At Custard, we adapted our approach to provide the additional COVID-19 support, guidance and insight needed by our clients and the entire hospitality industry, while continuing to deliver first-class marketing and PR strategies. Not only has this challenge seen us all expand our skills sets, but we have also developed a range of insight-focused communications initiatives to support the industry, including weekly advice emails, a COVID-19 Resources Hub, free marketing masterclasses and an interview series for leaders.

“Being recognised by the Just.Marketing Awards, which has attracted entries from across the marketing sector,  is testimony to the outstanding initiatives and strategies the Custard team delivered last year.”

Winners of the Just.Marketing Awards will be announced on Twitter on 21 January at 11am.
