‘People, Places, Profit’ is billed as the theme of this year’s Tourism Society Conference and Custard MD Petra is amongst those in the running to debate it on 12th July 2012 at The Bloomsbury Hotel in London.
Nodding to Custard’s new ‘We Love Loyalty‘ campaign, Petra will join fellow ‘Profit’ panellists John Anderson, executive chairman of Humberts Leisure, Carl Weldon, CEO of HOSPA, Ben Cowell, deputy director of external affairs at the National Trust and Chris Lee, head of travel at Barclays, to talk about business profitability, managing margins and navigating a strategy that will see discount vouchers and other marketing promotions deliver benefits rather than cause tears before year-end.
Sir John Whitmore, Chairman of Performance Consultants International and a pre-eminent thinker in leadership and organisational change, will deliver the opening keynote speech before three panel debates begin – Profit, People, Places.
