Entries open for the 2021 HMA Hotel Marketing Awards

The Hotel Marketing Association (HMA) has today announced the launch of its 2021 awards.

Celebrating those who champion and inspire marketing excellence within the sector since 1994, the 26th HMA Hotel Marketing Awards will embrace a year like no other for marketing messages, positions and propositions, with new categories reflecting this year’s marketing evolution.

Entries for the highly coveted awards are free of charge and open to all, with entrants not required to be a member of the Hotel Marketing Association. The deadline for entries is 8 February 2021.

Categories for the 2021 HMA Awards include:

  • Best Partnership Marketing, sponsored by For-Sight
  • Best Customer &/or Employee Engagement
  • Best Innovation, sponsored by Profitroom
  • Best Local Community Activities, sponsored by Noetic
  • Best Social Media Campaign, sponsored by Umi Digital
  • Young Marketer of the Year, sponsored by Revinate
  • Agency Young Marketer of the year

Petra Clayton, chair of the Hotel Marketing Association said: “Despite the challenges that 2020 has presented, it remains as important as ever to recognise the exceptional talent and contributions that marketers have made to the success, and in this year, the continuity of the sector. The agility and efforts to overcome and adapt to such challenges is truly commendable and we’re looking forward to recognising and celebrating so much talent and their achievements next year.”

Winners of the 2021 Hotel Marketing Association Awards are due to be announced in March.
