Clermont Hotel Group and Obvlo Partner to Elevate Hospitality with Smart Digital Concierge

Clermont Hotel Group (CHG) is proud to announce an exciting partnership with Obvlo, an AI-powered digital concierge platform designed to enhance the guest experience through personalised, location-based recommendations for the group’s Thistle branded hotels. This collaboration marks a major step in Thistle’s ongoing evolution and brand re-fresh, ensuring guests have access to seamless, tailored insights that elevate their stay. 

The Thistle brand refresh, which includes the launch of a new website, reimagined identity and branding, and investment in selected properties, will see two Thistle hotels – The Tower Hotel London and The Marble Arch Hotel – rebranded as ‘by Thistle,’ highlighting an elevated experience, rooted in distinct, location-led stays designed to meet the expectations of today’s discerning traveller. The integration of Obvlo’s technology will allow guests to effortlessly discover and engage with London’s best experiences, from hidden gems to must-visit landmarks. 

Obvlo’s user-friendly platform works by connecting guests to the experiences that best suit their interests. Upon accessing the digital concierge, guests can select from a range of categories—such as food and drink, cultural attractions or outdoor activities—to receive tailored recommendations. The use of AI means that Obvlo’s content is continuously refreshed, ensuring guests always receive the most relevant and up-to-date information available.
