Central Hall Venues appoints Custard as its PR partner

January 26, 2024 by Lesley Whyte

Central Hall Venues has appointed Custard to support the growth of business meetings and events at its iconic locations in the heart of London, York and Edinburgh.

Following a competitive three-month tender, the specialist hospitality marketing consultancy’s public relations remit will focus on raising the profile of the group’s three prestigious venues Central Hall Westminster, St Saviourgate York and Nicolson Square Edinburgh.

The partnership will see Custard strategically building upon each of the venues’ celebrated heritage while showcasing the team’s expertise to successfully deliver a complete range of world-class events.

Sarah Franczak, Chief Operating Officer at Central Hall Venues, said: “We are thrilled to be working with Custard. We were looking for a partner who was both sympathetic to our business ethics and values while being experts within the hospitality industry and with Custard we feel we have achieved just that. We were very impressed with the team’s strategic and creative approach, which is firmly focused on delivering tangible outcomes for our group of venues.”

Petra Clayton, Creator and CEO of Custard, said: “We are delighted to secure Central Hall Venues to our client portfolio against an increasingly competitive market. We worked on a strong strategic approach, and with our knowledge and relationships within the industry and our experienced team, we are looking forward to championing the success of these unique venues.”
