Petra Clayton is the owner and managing director of Custard Communications. She launched Custard in 2007 to deliver creative, strategic and measurable solutions to the hospitality sector through clever communications.
Jeremy joined Custard as managing director in July 2019.
Mika has several years of consumer travel PR experience gained in London and Tokyo, and has worked with luxury hotels, launched destinations, strengthened specialist tour operator profiles, and promoted airlines.
Lesley is an award-winning public relations and marketing communications professional, who has worked both in-house as a senior PR manager and in various freelance and permanent agency roles before joining Custard in March 2016.
Caroline has many years of lifestyle and travel & tourism marketing experience.
Natalie brings hospitality PR experience to the Custard team, with a background spanning everything from beer and wine to city destination marketing and luxury hotels. She has worked with some of the leading tourism and hospitality industry businesses in the South West of England.
Katie joins us with a wealth of hotel communications experience having worked at AA Hotel Services and Publishing for the past 15 years.
An articulate, analytical and team-orientated individual, Charlotte is committed to ensuring exemplary customer service skills, with a professional demeanour essential for resolving problems.
As a junior account manager, Anna works on both our consumer and B2B accounts, delivering innovative campaigns and marketing content.
Lucia joins Custard as a competent marketing professional used to juggling deadlines and keeping projects moving. Her keen eye for detail and flair for the written word enables her to work with both our consumer and business focused clients.
Georgia joined Custard fresh from her A-levels through the National Apprenticeship Scheme in 2014. With a passion for marketing communication and digital delivery, Georgia is articulate, confident and highly motivated with strong communication skills and lots of customer service experience.
Emma has worked as a journalist for 15 years, 10 of which have been for drinks and hospitality trade publications.
Keeping our finances and business administration in order is Julie’s key priority. She is our leading light when it comes to oiling our accounting wheels and keeping us compliant, up to date and organised. You can always find her at the end of an email or willing to answer an accounting question.
Louis previously worked at Custard as a dedicated Intern, before heading back to the University of Birmingham to finish his degree in Business Management. Louis returns to Custard as a Management Trainee and will work closely with our Account Managers, Bookkeeper and Brand Manager to support the busy day to day running of the business.
