Venuelior is delighted to announce it has welcomed two new venue members to its portfolio.

The specialist team, which appointed Custard Communications to manage and steer the portfolio’s marketing and PR strategy last autumn, provides event spaces, food and service across a UK-wide portfolio of renowned sports stadia, iconic landmark buildings and historic sites.

Kingston University and the National Glass Centre join the portfolio of venues, which provides an intuitive and intelligent search tool to allow time-poor event buyers and professionals to directly connect with the diverse range of event spaces.

Kingston University London has a diverse range of flexible event spaces including lecture theatres, meeting rooms, classrooms, exhibition spaces and dining facilities and is conveniently located in the historic market town of Kingston upon Thames and the Royal Borough of Kingston. With outstanding AV and multimedia facilities including keypad touch system controls, inbuilt sound system with microphones, and induction loop systems, these event spaces offer the perfect setting for presentations and conferences.

National Glass Centre at the University of Sunderland offers purpose built interconnecting exhibition space and has hosted a range of events from wedding exhibitions to creative displays. The venue is unique and is ideal for organisers looking for an unusual setting located close to Sunderland’s city centre. With spectacular views overlooking the River Wear, National Glass Centre offers an exciting and creative environment with up-to-date conference facilities, light, spacious rooms and excellent hospitality.

Operations manager at Elior, Craig Stewart, said: “We are extremely excited to welcome two unique venues to the group, both of which make a strong addition to our portfolio that brings together a spectrum from historic magnificence to exciting contemporary design, and with many choices in-between.”
