Seasonal specialities, heritage dishes and fare from faraway cultures: the Mirabelle Restaurant at The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne is tantalising taste buds with its upcoming special dining events.

Celebrating the one-year anniversary of re-opening following a full refurbishment, the Mirabelle Restaurant is a popular choice for local diners and visiting guests to the pretty coastal town of Eastbourne. From intimate dinners for two, to celebratory meals with work colleagues and special occasion dining alongside family and friends, the Mirabelle is the focal point of Eastbourne’s fine-dining scene.

Spice evening with Chef Cyrus Todiwala
Celebrity chef Cyrus Todiwala returns to The Grand for the seventh year, hosting a ‘spice evening’, on Friday 11 October. A great friend of the Mirabelle, Cyrus will showcase his culinary skills with a series of small plates and informative commentary on the use of spice in his Indian dishes. Complementing the south Asian delicacies, Mirabelle’s senior sommelier Marcin Segrecki will be presenting perfectly paired wines with each course.

The Mirabelle spice evening with chef Cyrus Todiwala is on Friday 11 October at 7pm, costing £80 per person.

Chef Stephanie Malvoisin comments: “I am very excited about the calendar of special culinary events we have planned at the Mirabelle this year. I love having the opportunity to create an array of exciting dining experiences and I think we have something to suit all guests this year, from lovers of spice to wine connoisseurs, and of course I am particularly excited to showcase the flavours of France, my home country.”
